About the Role
Location Overview:
We are seeking dedicated security professionals to provide safety and security services at a residential apartment complex and a large commercial development. This position offers a dynamic work environment where officers will rotate between both locations, ensuring the security of residents, visitors, and businesses.
Residential Complex Responsibilities:
Conduct routine patrols throughout the property using a golf cart to monitor for any security concerns.
Check common areas, including the pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and recreational spaces, ensuring they remain safe and secure.
Enforce parking regulations, issue warnings or violations as necessary, and report unauthorized vehicles.
Respond to resident concerns and provide assistance as needed.
Commercial Property Responsibilities:
Perform regular foot and vehicle patrols across the four phases of the development to ensure the safety of businesses, employees, and visitors.
Conduct scan checkpoints at designated areas to maintain a documented record of patrols.
Monitor high-traffic areas, event spaces, and venues for any security issues.
Provide customer service by assisting patrons and addressing concerns while maintaining a professional presence.
Requirements
Class-D Security License
Valid Drivers License
